Information you choose to share

The assessment and contact forms collect your name, email address, selected service, and permission to contact you about the request. Company name, phone number, and a message are optional. If you carry a service or quote brief into the form, you can review and edit it before submitting.

Please do not submit passwords, payment details, patient information, one-time access codes, or other sensitive information.

How we use it

UX Genius uses this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and discuss the scope of services. If you contact support by phone or email, we use the information you provide to understand and respond to the request.

A website inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Submitting an assessment request does not confirm an appointment or create a service agreement.

Service providers and request processing

Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser information. Form submissions are delivered through Resend and our business email systems so our team can respond.

The form service uses a short-lived hash of the requesting IP address and a request identifier to help limit repeated submissions. This temporary rate-limit record does not contain the form message. The website does not create a separate database of form submissions. Delivered inquiries remain subject to the handling and retention of our email systems.

Provider acceptance of an email is checked before the form shows a successful delivery message. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the page provides phone and email alternatives.

Cookies and interactive tools

Google Analytics is optional. If you allow it using the website measurement preferences at the bottom of a page, it measures page visits, clicks to call, clicks toward the assessment, and successful online assessment requests. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or the private brief in a URL query. Google may process device and browser information and network request data. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Analytics cookies expire after 90 days. Your preference is stored in your browser. You can keep analytics off or change that choice using the same preferences control. A browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal keeps Google Analytics off. Withdrawing permission stops further Google Analytics measurement and removes its accessible first-party cookies. Cloudflare also provides hosting and aggregate website analytics under its service terms.

The service planners and animated demonstrations run in your browser. Their non-personal choices may appear in the address when you continue to Book, so they can be carried into the form. The site does not automatically save the personal information you type into the form to browser storage.

The support brief opens a draft in your email application. It does not send a message by itself. Telephone and email links open the corresponding application on your device.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To ask about information you have submitted or request its correction or deletion, email support@uxgenius.com or call (703) 755-0014. Include enough context to identify the inquiry without sending sensitive information.

Information needed for an active service engagement or a recordkeeping obligation may need to be retained. We can discuss the information relevant to your request.
