Client support
Tell us what stopped. And who it affects.
A clear description gives the support team a useful starting point. Use the phone or email route below, or the escalation details in your agreement.
Support availability and response terms follow your service agreement.
A better first message.
The optional tool below prepares an email draft. Review it, add the details, and send it from your usual email app.

Need to speak? (703) 755-0014Cannot open an email app?
Write to support@uxgenius.com from your usual mail service, or call (703) 755-0014. Include your business name and the affected system.
Keep the request clear and safe.
Share what helps explain the issue. Keep access secrets and sensitive records out of the first message.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your business name, a callback number, the affected system or device, when the problem began, and how it affects work. An exact error message is useful. If you share a screenshot, remove sensitive information first.
Should I send a password or access code?
No. Leave passwords, one-time codes, payment details, personal records, and other sensitive information out of email and website forms. If access is needed, agree on an appropriate process directly with the support team.
How does urgent or after-hours support work?
Support hours, response targets, escalation, and after-hours arrangements depend on your agreement. Use the escalation route in your service agreement where one is provided. This page does not change those terms or promise an immediate response.
Can I request support if we are not a current client?
Call us to explain the situation, or book an assessment for planned work. We’ll discuss whether the request is within scope and what is needed to take it on. An inquiry does not create a support agreement.
