UX Genius LLC provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, IT consulting, network monitoring, and related technology services for businesses in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Specific services, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice to active clients.

3. Use of Website

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, we will return or securely dispose of client data as directed, subject to any legal retention requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfax County, Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
